12 breathwork audio sessions to support your creativity.

This is a library of breathwork audios to shift your state, with one for each of the specific places creatives get stuck.

We have here 12 audio recordings, each under 20 minutes. They hit specific challenges that plague the creative process.

Using conscious, connected breathing, you actively shift your story.

With this, you create a change where advice and willpower fall short. That's because we're working directly with the body and tapping into the nervous system to catalyze effective and powerful change.

You can use these when you encounter the bogeyman of procrastination or when your vision gets blurred or when the idea of putting something into the world fills you with terror.

Basically, use these when you want to move from being stuck to being a creator.

Inside the Library

12 audio recordings in 4 phases.

I noticed that the creative act seemed to move in 4 phases: clearing the space, developing a vision, taking aligned action, and then being seen. Depending on where you're at, any one of those might be more challenging than the others. I created the Library to give you 3 different tools to support you in each phase. They go hard, but they are under 20 minutes each.

Clear the Space Phase one

Transmute the Darkness

Use this when darkness feels like it's too much and you want to turn the negative into fuel for creation.

Release Creative Regret

We all have false starts and projects we wish we could have done. Use this when you want to move past the regret and back into the present.

Clear Creative Overwhelm

As creative people, we can get overwhelmed by ideas and input. That makes it hard to take action. Use this when you want to clear your head and focus on what's now.

Get Clear on Your Vision Phase two

Step Into Your Vision

Use this to establish a vision that feels real so that you can live into it.

Expand the Possibilities

You can use this to expand your sense of what's possible. For when you're tired of playing small.

Have Creative Faith

For trusting that things will turn out the way that they are supposed to, even when the path feels unclear.

Take Action Phase three

Get Clarity on Your Next Steps

For when you want clear guidance on what next step to take.

Love the Process

For coming back to the present, getting into a state of play, and making peace with imperfection as something you learn from.

Complete It

It can be hard to finish a project, so this one helps you across the finish line so you can feel the satisfaction of getting it done.

Be Visible Phase four

Be Seen

For when being visible feels like a threat and you worry about being too much. Recalibrate that with this.

Speak Your Truth

When you have something true that you need to say, but it's hard to get it out.

Ignore the Critics

When the internal and external critics are at the door and blocking you, use this to ignore them and move anyways.

If you're a creative, it just might.

I made this for you if:

You know exactly what to do and still don't do it. Sitting down at the page feels like a threat and something to be avoided. So procrastination and distraction do their thing.

Meditation just makes you anxious. You want to be a person who meditates, but it kind of stresses you out. This might be a cool alternative or complement.

Your biggest dreams keep sliding. You have big dreams, but they keep getting pushed behind everything else.

The next step feels unclear. You have big visions, but that path seems really murky. It keeps you running in circles or just unclear. Let's get that motion instead.

Being seen terrifies you. You did the work and you got it done, but putting your thing in the world scares you like nothing else.

If any of those landed, you're in the right place. I made these for you.

A little about myself so you know

Hi, I'm Chris

My name is Chris Valdheims and I'm a visual artist, certified breathwork facilitator, and practicing attorney for creatives.

I've been a creative person my whole life.

And that means I've faced the same challenges that leave many creative people feeling stuck.

And I learned that there's no way to think my way out of any of it. I had to go deeper into the body to shift my state and shift my story so that I could create powerfully.

Breathwork provided me with simple, powerful tools that I use whenever I feel stuck or in a loop that blocks my creative power.

And that's what worked for me.

And what I would love to see work for you.
